I had a problem with a shipment which was 100% due to FEDEX screwing up a delivery. Until the delivery occurred phone calls were made to me and FEDEX to make sure that my animals arrived intact. It's always a pleasure to see a company that shows such regard for their customers. I will be recommending Salty to all my "fish" friends as a source for quality products and top shelf customer care.
