Aquacultured Blue Tip Acropora Staghorn Coral - 2 Inches

83

This aquacultured Blue Tip Acropora staghorn is 2 inches tall. It is encrusting on a frag plug. The Blue Tip Stag is a beautiful branching Acropora that grows into spectacular open colonies. Under intense lighting it exhibits a beautiful blue coloration. The branches are cupping corallites and blue colored polyps.

This acropora is one of the faster growing acroporas and needs high light and water flow for best coral growth. Acropora corals do best in an established reef aquarium. This SPS Aquacultured coral is hardier and easier to keep in the home aquaria than their wild caught counter-parts.

Alive after 6 Days in Transit

I got the package picked up and all 6 berghia are alive!! I guess I hold the record for the longest time in shipping at 6 days (thanks to customs and FedEx). I've put them in the tank and there were 3 egg packs as well.
