    Arrival in Oregon

The berghia arrived in fine shape. Heat packs still warm, all moving about. I am in the process of acclimation as we speak. Put in a few aip. and hoping they decide to chow down. Thank you for doing a great job in getting those critters here ali...

Common names for Favia corals are moon coral, green moon coral, brain coral, closed brain coral, and star coral. Favia corals are one of the most prolific coral species in the world. Feeding tentacles emerge at night which will allow you to feed them items like brine shrimp for faster growth.

Polyp buds can accure which are a form of asexual reproduction in the home reef aquarium. They typically prefer moderate to bright light but can tolerate much lower lighting conditions. High current will keep them from expanding completely.

They are an easier coral to keep which makes the good for the beginner reef aquarist.

      Crawling all Over the Place

Berghia arrived safely and healthy this morning, all three seem to be doing great, crawling all over the place at first. I see what you mean about them liking the creases in the plastic shipping bag. Hope to do business again. Shawn
