Rare Chili Coral - Non Photosynthetic - 1.75 Inches

This bright red chili coral is one of the most beautiful and peaceful corals. This bright coral is red with white polyps. It is 3 + inches tall when expanded.
They enjoy a nice hangover to hide under.

It is not too challenging to maintain in the reef aquarium, but should be in a mature reef aquarium. It requires low to moderate lighting combined with medium to strong water movement. It is best to have alternating current, and for continued good health, it needs the proper levels of strontium, iodine, and other trace elements.

Additional feedings of small brine shrimp, micro-plankton, and other small foods designed for filter feeding invertebrates a few times per week, will help to supplement the diet. We have been feeding them Reef Chili which they love.
