Beaded Sand Sifting Starfish (Astropecten articulatus)

This sand sifting start is great for eating left over food in the substrate as well as detritus. They can be an aquarium of at least 30 gallons. They can come in a variety of colors. In small aquariums there should only be a maximum of 2 sand stars. They can reach up to 6 inches. They are sensitive to copper based medications. They should be dripped acclimated for at least 1.25 hours.
