Dwarf Spiny Reef Lobster (Enoplometopus sp.)

This lobster is commonly known as the Mole Lobster. In the wild they like to live on rock ledges and caves. They can reach up to 6 inches and will need an aquarium of at least 50 gallons with plenty of rock work and caves. They scavenge at night. They are not considered reef safe as they are known to bother sessile inverts and some corals. They will scavenge around and eat crustaceans, small fish, and anything edible it comes across.
