Splendid Dottyback (Manonichthys splendens)

 This fish is simply stunning. Splendid Dottybacks require an aquarium of 30 gallons or more with lots of rock for hiding places. Originating from Indonesia, this is a very special dottyback species that is rarely imported from the wild. These exquisite fish exhibit a starry pattern of yellow and white spots set against a deep blue background. They are considered to be somewhat aggressive and should be housed with larger semi-aggressive tankmates. This fish is eating a variety of foods.
