Yellow Blotch Rabbitfish (Siganus guttatus)

The Yellow Blotch Rabbitfish is a very peaceful fish unless it is placed with another Rabbitfish. They need an aquarium of at least 125 gallons with plenty of swimming room. Predators will not pick on this fish since they have sharp spines filled with venom. They are considered reef safe if they are well fed. Otherwise they may nip at LPS and soft coral. Their diet consists of marine algae and high quality flake and pellet foods.
