Pajama Cardinals are a schooling fish. They do best in odd number groups but can be kept singly. Cardinals hang out in the open water column of your tank. They can reach up to 4 inches and will require an aquarium of at least 20 gallons with plenty of swim room. Pajama Cardinals should be kept with other peaceful tankmates. Their diet consists of mysis, brines, and other meaty foods. They may even take high quality flake and pellet foods.
