Randalls Prawn Goby (Amblyeleotris randalli) NANO

The Randall's Goby is a fascinating reef fish. It is white with orange bars which run the length of the long body and a large showy dorsal fin. This goby will form a symbiotic relationship with most pistol shrimp. The gobies are the lookouts and the shrimp are the burrow diggers/keepers. Randall's Gobies are peaceful with other fish. They can reach up to 4.5 inches and will require an aquarium of at least 10 gallons. Their diet consists of mysis, brine, and other meaty food. They may take high quality flake and pellet food.
