Longnose Hawkfish (Oxycirrhites typus)

This Longnose hawkfish is a hardy fish. They will need an aquarium of at least 30 gallons. Needing plenty of rock for hiding and to just hang out. They are a semi-aggressive fish and can be very territorial. It's recommended to add them in last to help with aggression. Hawkfish will feed on small fish and crustaceans. Diet should consist of meaty foods. Be careful when selecting a Longnose Hawkfish to your aquarium if you have any stinging corals or anemones as they are known to be harmed by them.
