Stars and Stripes Pufferfish (Arothron hispidus)

  The bold pattern gives the Stars and Stripes Pufferfish its name. They are peaceful fish and will get along with other fish and puffers. They are not reef safe as they will eat inverts as well as corals.  Their diet consists of mysis, brines, and other meaty foods. They need clams or something hard shelled to keep their teeth filed down.
