The Nebulous Wrasse with different colors and patterns used to blend into surrounding rockwork. This wrasse can reach up to 5 inches and will require an aquarium of at least 90 gallons with plenty of swim room and 2-3 inches of sand bed as they like to sleep under the sand bed. A tight fitted lid will be required to make sure they do not jump out. This wrasse is considered reef safe and will eat fireworms, flatworms, tubeworms, and pyramidellid snails. The larger ones may eat ornamental shrimp and crabs. As young juveniles they may pick parasites off of other fish. Their diets consists of mysis, brines, and other meaty foods. They may even take high quality flake and pellet foods.
